2. Scope of this website

This website only provides information about the planned RunPair project. It currently has no registration, waiting list, user profiles, payments, analytics or marketing trackers.

3. Technical data

When you access the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, time, requested page, browser and device information. This is used to provide the website securely and reliably.

4. Hosting and external media

The website is provided through OpenAI Sites. Running videos are embedded from Pexels. When they load, your IP address may be transmitted to the relevant technical providers. Data may be processed outside Switzerland.

5. Cookies and tracking

RunPair currently does not use its own analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. Technical providers may use cookies or similar technologies where required for security and delivery.

6. Retention and recipients

Technical log data is retained only for as long as necessary for operation, security and troubleshooting. Access is limited to technical providers required to deliver the website.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Contact contact@mapsol.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

8. Changes

This privacy notice will be updated when RunPair introduces functions such as a waiting list, user accounts or the app.
